Abstract: Knife mounts configured to selectively secure to a firearm, the knife mount including a body secured between a muzzle and a pistol grip of the firearm, a slot defined in the body and complimentarily configured with the knife to receive the knife, a locking mechanism moveably mounted to the body proximate the slot, the locking mechanism configured to selectively secure the knife within the slot by engaging the handle of the knife, wherein the knife mount rigidly secures the knife in an orientation where the handle of the knife defines a foregrip of the firearm for a user to grip and manipulate the firearm and allows the user to rapidly remove the knife from the body.
