  • Publication number: 20250137456
Abstract: A compressor-oil-receiving apparatus for a compressor system filled with a compressor oil for transfer into the compressor system. The apparatus includes a housing which forms a receiving volume for the compressor oil, and an oil filler neck with a filling opening on a side, which is directed away from the receiving volume and with an outlet opening on a side which is directed toward the receiving volume, wherein the oil filler neck forms a housing opening for filling of the receiving volume with the compressor oil, and the outlet opening is arranged such that, through filling of the receiving volume, an air volume enclosed by the housing, and the compressor oil that has been introduced is formed in the receiving volume.

  • Patent number: 12276275
Abstract: A compressor system including a compressor, a cooling device and a control apparatus, wherein the control apparatus is configured to control the cooling device independently of the operation of the compressor and to be capable of dynamically modifying a control parameter (Tair, Toil) of an actuator and/or the actuator for the actuation of the cooling device.

  • Publication number: 20240269588
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid separation device for a compressor system, comprising a coarse separator, which has at least one separation surface and at least one mixture supply designed to supply an air-liquid mixture to the separation surface, wherein the mixture supply a mixture feed outlet which faces the separation surface and is arranged relative to the separation surface of the coarse separator such that a mixture flow impinging on the separator surface is guided substantially tangentially over at least one portion of the separation surface.

  • Publication number: 20240200545
Abstract: A method for monitoring an oil level of an oil-lubricated compressor, the method including: reading at least one oil level sensor, by which an oil level representing the compressor oil level is detected; checking compliance with at least one predetermined verification criterion for verification of the read-out oil level; and relaying an oil level signal if the read-out oil level complies with at least one relaying criterion according to whether the oil level reaches or falls below a predetermined oil level and with the at least one verification criterion.

  • Publication number: 20230003212
Abstract: The invention relates to a compressor system for a rail vehicle, having: a compressor, a cooling device and a control device or an interface for receiving control signals of a control device, wherein the control device is configured to actuate the cooling device independently of the operation of the compressor, and to be able to provide a variable cooling fluid volumetric flow rate, in particular a cooling air volumetric flow rate, which can be specified by way of the control device as an actuating variable.
