Abstract: The present invention provides a method, system, and article of manufacture for presenting customer-specific supplemental information with billing information. Billing information is received. A decision is made if the customer qualifies to receive an item of supplemental information. This decision is based upon attributes and characteristics of the customer. If the customer qualifies to receive the supplemental information, a bill is produced having both billing information and the supplemental information. If the customer does not qualify, a bill is produced which does not have that supplemental information.
