  • Publication number: 20230315879
Abstract: Embodiments pertain to systems configured to and methods for analyzing a scene comprising one or more objects. The system may be configured to perform the following: obtaining a set of optically encrypted image data describing a scene, including applying an optical manipulation to light incoming to an image acquisition device, whereby the image acquisition device outputs the set of optically encrypted image data, and wherein the optical manipulation is based on an encryption key; providing the set of optically encrypted image data to a machine learning model trained in accordance with the encryption key; and receiving from the machine learning model a prediction related to the scene.

  • Patent number: 10036667
Abstract: A spectroscopic method using either tunable or preset non-tunable thin-layered devices or a combination of both to modulate compressed-sensing-compliant, spectral modulations and to use intensity measurements of each respective spectral modulation to numerically reconstruct an estimated spectral distribution of the spectral signal such that the estimated spectral distribution is characterized by a totality of spectral bands exceeding the number of spectral modulations by about one half an order-of-magnitude or more.

  • Publication number: 20110110566
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for reducing noise in a medical diagnostic image. The method includes obtaining an image data set of a region of interest in an object, defining a first area that includes a plurality of pixels surrounding a pixel in the image data set, rotating and reflecting the first area to identify at least one different second area that includes a structure that is similar to a second structure defined in the first area, and generating an image having reduced noise using the rotated and reflected area.

  • Publication number: 20100103309
Abstract: An imaging system and method are presented for use in compressed imaging. The system comprises at least one rotative vector sensor, and optics for projecting light from an object plane on said sensor. The system is configured to measure data indicative of Fourier transform of an object plane light field at various angles of the vector sensor rotation.
