Abstract: A software application having a graphical user interface (GUI) that displays content tiles along with the use of an electronic device to add tiles to the GUI is described in this disclosure. A predefined key on an input device is selected to indicate to display available tiles. One of the displayed available tiles is selected and the user designates a location on the display of the content tiles where to place the selected displayed available tiles. The selected tile is then inserted into the display with the plurality of tiles at the designated location and a tile previously at the designation location on the display is deleted and placed in a delete directory.

Abstract: Generally described, aspects of the disclosed subject matter are directed to systems and methods for controlling a robot using physical tiles embodied as an interactive robotic game. In accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure, an interactive game system is provided. The interactive game system generally includes an interlocking game tile having a body, an interlocking component, an automatic data capture device configured for identification of a target position, and a path disposed on the top surface of the tile. The tile provides a surface and route for travel of a programmable robotic device having a body, a microprocessor, a path sensor, and an automatic data capture device reader. The programmable robotic device generally travels along the path of the game tiles to the target position where it interrogates the automatic data capture device of the game tile and performs actions based on the information received.

Abstract: Various approaches provide for the delivery of information on a portable computing device in response to being at or near a particular geographic location. In addition, optional functionality associated with the information can also be provided. In various embodiments, one or more applications are available to a user for download. The applications could come prepackaged with the device. It can be beneficial to monitor the user of the portable computing device to learn a user's habits. Understanding a user's habits, along with their stated preferences, allows a service to provide a user with timely and relevant information that is not only relevant to the user, but also relevant to the user's current location.
