A laundry washing machine with this filter is also provided with the filter located in a mechanical agitator concentrically mounted on a washing basket of the laundry washing machine.

The agitator has a plane defined by the intersection of at least two areas of the edge of the opening to form an angle, relative to a tangential velocity vector of the rotational movement of the agitator starting from said opening, the angle being defined between 15° and 90°.
