    Abstract: An anthracene-functionalized dual cross-linked glycan-based hydrogel with reversible crosslinking, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof for delivery system of bioactive molecules are provided. The pH responsive and dual crosslinked anthracene incorporated glycan-based hydrogel is prepared via a visible light induced photo-polymerization and a UV light induced photo-dimerization using N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone as an accelerator, Eosin-Y as a photo-initiator, and Triethanolamine as a co-initiator.
