Abstract: Upper breast padding in a breast support garment, such as a bra, to fill hollow areas that may form in the upper breast area of a person when the person wears the breast support garment is disclosed. A pad for padding an upper breast area may include at least a portion that may have a thickness that gradually increases from the edges of the portion toward the center of the portion. The portion of the pad having the gradually increasing thickness may be disposed on and conformable to the person's upper breast area. The pad may be part of a breast support garment. Or the pad may be removable.
