  • Publication number: 20180232352
Abstract: Systems for authoring digital content comprising at least one subsystem configured to receive at least one inputs from an author indicating content to be included for delivery; at least one subsystem configured to parse the inputs and generate platform-independent content; at least one subsystem configured to generate and layout platform-specific content. Systems for consuming digital content, comprising: at least one subsystem configured to select content for consumption by a content consumer; at least one subsystem configured to provide an interface for consumption of content by the content consumer; and at least one subsystem configured to receive and process interactions from the content consumer specific to a device used by the content consumer. The systems may further comprise at least one subsystem for interacting with one or more objects under test.

  • Patent number: 9579797
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for operating various robotic systems. The methods and systems involve applications of platforms that enable multiple-input teleoperation and a high degree of immersiveness for the user. The robotic systems may include multiple arms for manipulators and retrieving information from the environment and/or the robotic system. The robotic methods may include control modification modules for detecting that an operation of a robotic device based on the control commands fails to comply with one or more operational parameters; identifying the non-compliant control command; and generating a modifier for the secondary device to adjust the non-compliant control command to comply with the set of operational parameters.

  • Publication number: 20090255137
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus, system and computer program for scribing or otherwise controlling a tool to be applied to one or more objects. The apparatus comprises a pantograph for controlling the tool, the pantograph having a range of motion to accommodate different size objects. The system is operable to receive a data feed and control the tool on the basis of the data feed. The system preferably comprises a computer with a computer program including an algorithm for controlling tool contact and pressure and an algorithm for controlling the tool trajectory. The present invention is implemented as an improved realtime remote robotic writing system, having improved capabilities for writing on different media such as books of varying size and thicknesses.
