Abstract: An automatic labeling machine, for containers in the form of mesh bags or the like, includes a carriage 18 displaceable back and forth in a support plate 19, which incorporates a central, lengthwise channel 20, two lateral connecting rods 23 and 24 being articulated in the carriage, one with an external stud and the other with a lever 25, joined together at their free ends by means of a brace 26, in which is fixed a finger 27 carrying small catches 28, which can be introduced into the channel 20 with intercalation of the corresponding part of the label to be dragged toward the discharge from the machine; A push rod 32 temporarily retains the stud, provided with a plane 32a inclined to the inside in its free end and which can be freed by a bumper 36 joined to the corresponding connecting rod 24, and the lever 25 actuates a cutting device 16.

Abstract: A method for automatically filling a plurality of containers with products arranged therein in rows in one layer or a plurality of superposed layers in a pre-programmed geometric pattern. Empty containers are delivered in N rows to a container-filling station. The products to be contained in respective containers are automatically delivered one-by-one to supports equidistant from a vertical axis at the station. A vacuum suction is applied to the products on supports and they are raised above a level of the containers and held raised in fixed relative positions. While raised the products are rotated jointly about a vertical axis. Simultaneously during successive raisings of the products the containers are automatically positioned incrementally in a longitudinal direction and transversely thereof preparatory for lowering of the products vertically into the containers after each raising thereof.

Abstract: Machine for filling containers with products, in a predetermined distribution includes simultaneous feed means, with as many vibratory ducts transporting respective rows of products and with corresponding unit supports thereof; at least one rotating frame with vertical pneumatic cylinders and with as many lower suction cups at their pistons, communicating with sources of vacuum; a carriage with alternating transverse displacement, with means of longitudinal advance for at least one pair of containers and with transverse barrier and constraint means for the products, both coordinated; and a process programming unit.

Abstract: A trough has side walls tiltable around a shaft, which is horizontal and disposed radially relative to a rotational axis for a plurality of troughs arranged in a circle. The shaft is supported as a cantilever. Linkage mechanisms connect the tiltable side walls to a vertically displaceable member. When the displaceable member moves upwardly, the side walls swing outwardly to discharge the contents of the trough. When the displaceable member moves to its lower position, the side walls come together to close off the bottom of the trough. When the trough is closed, the linkage mechanism is in an overcenter locked condition, whereby the weight of produce in the trough resting on the side walls cannot displace the side walls to the open position.

Abstract: A weighing machine for food products comprises a frame, a machine operating means, a product feeding means, a weighing means, temporary storage areas having means for discharging the product down into a means for conducting the product towards the machine exit, and a programmer processing unit which controls, activates and regulates the machine operation, characterized in that the product feeding means discharges the product down onto a series of troughs circularly arranged and linked to its respective weighing means, mounted on a horizontal platform rotating with respect to a central vertical axis, with the product of each trough being discharged into a selected stationary storage area from among a series of them, until the programmer processing unit orders the selective discharging of a corresponding storage area, after a batch of units of the product having a final predetermined weight has been deposited for storage into each selective storage area.

Abstract: A handling and weighing machine for fruits and the like, characterized by a feed entry having various channels terminating in structure for retaining the product to be weighed and allowing it to rest there, followed by a horizontal transport device for carrying the product from the retention structure to a weighing device and, following this, from the weighing device to a vertical transport which carries the product to a number of ramps which are superposed at differing heights, which ramps discharge into respective storage areas.
