Abstract: Embodiments provide computerized methods and systems for managing electronic health data. In some cases a health data management system includes at least a local processing module, a zone database module, and a global database module. The local processing module stores a patient health record and generates and transmits a patient data set based on the health record to the zone database module. In some cases the patient data set excludes one or more portions of the patient health record. The zone database module may send the patient data set to one or more additional local processing modules without sending the excluded portion of the patient health record. In some cases the excluded portion includes patient assessment data and the transmitted portion includes patient subjective, objective and/or plan data.
