  • Patent number: 12137080
Abstract: A method and system for mitigating a threat associated with network data packets are provided. The method commences with receiving, by an authentication server, a request for access to a server from a client. The method further includes authenticating the client by the authentication server. The authentication includes providing an authentication token to the client. The method continues with receiving, by a mitigation device, from the client, at least one network packet directed to the server. The at least one network packet embeds the authentication token. The method further includes validating, by the mitigation device, authenticity of the authentication token and selectively forwarding, based on the validation, the at least one network packet to the server. The authentication token is independently generated by the authentication server, the mitigation device, and the server using a shared token generation algorithm based on a hash salt value.

  • Publication number: 20240356493
Abstract: A first input signal that corresponds to an output transmitted signal of a power amplifier of a vehicle radar system is received and the output power level of the transmitted signal is calibrated to a desired magnitude of the transmitted signal; the proposed calibration method and apparatus allows to improve both the output power calibration accuracy and the power amplifier power consumption across the dynamic range of output power levels, by reducing dissipated power of the power amplifier in correlation with reduced output power levels. The calibration method includes controlling voltage generators that drive cascode amplifiers in the signal chain: a low dropout regulator is controlled to generate supply and cascode voltages that produce the desired power output level; and, a current digital-to-analog converter is controlled to generate an optimal biasing current under the supply and cascode voltage conditions.

  • Publication number: 20170057654
Abstract: An airframe having an integrated thermoelectric generator and a method thereof for providing electricity in an aircraft. A plurality of thermocouple wires is disposed about an aircraft frame to form a thermopile circuit in which electrical current is generated as a result of a temperature difference observed at a cruising altitude. The temperature difference is created by a hot side, interior to the aircraft frame, and a cold side, exterior to the aircraft frame. The thermopile circuit is formed by a first thermoelectric material and a second thermoelectric material that are selected to produce a desired voltage when exposed to the temperature difference. The electric current is harnessed by a transfer cable and directed to an aircraft electrical system to provide power to the desired devices.
