    Abstract: The technology described herein is directed towards cooperative configured grant with respect to the configured grant timeslots of multiple cells, particularly for ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) devices configured for packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) for duplicate packet communications. Selection of slots is delay aware with respect to PDCP communications. By selecting a first serving cell's configured grant physical resource block (PRB) time slots in a timing alignment with a second cell's configured grant PRB time slots, end-to-end PDCP delay is reduced for duplicate communications between a user equipment communicating with the first cell and the second cell for PDCP duplication. Multiple UEs can be prioritized based on their current condition data with respect to slot assignment. Also described is a controller proposing a different configuration of configured grant slots, which the controller can then use if accepted by the deciding entity.

    Abstract: A water level and well depth measuring device includes a measuring probe, a control switch, a processing unit, an external power source, and a housing. The measuring probe is inserted into a well to determine a depth to a water level and a depth to a well bottom. An insulated cable, which connects the measuring probe and the housing, is used to lower the measuring probe into the well. The control switch, preferably a three-way switch, the processing unit, and the external power source are integrated into the housing. The control switch may be used to alternate between a level-measuring module and a base-measuring module of the measuring probe. The measuring probe is communicably coupled with the processing unit. Therefore, when the level-measuring module detects a water level and when the base-measuring module is at a well bottom, the processing unit activates a visual indicator and an audible alarm.

    Abstract: A method for an audiovisual receiver to request an audiovisual transmitter to reset a communication link includes requesting the reset when the audiovisual receiver determines that the communication link is unlocked. The communication is determined to be unlocked when the active geometry of successive audiovisual frames transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver is determined by the receiver to be inconsistent. The communication is also determined to be unlocked when the interval between control bits of the successive audiovisual frames is inconsistent. When one or both of the inconsistencies is determined, the receiver sets an error bit in a register of the receiver that is accessible by the transmitter to determine from the receiver that the communication link is unlocked.

    Abstract: An input circuit to a semiconductor device may selectively accept different voltage logic levels (e.g., TTL or CMOS) as selected by a preset selection signal. The selection signal activates an N-type or P-type transistor in the input circuit which alters the threshold switching voltage of the input circuit logic. By altering the input threshold voltage, both TTL and CMOS input signals may be correctly triggered. An additional circuitry may be provided to allow a low voltage circuit (e.g., 3.3 Volts) to be tolerant of higher voltage inputs (e.g., 5 Volts). An isolation transistor isolates the input of the circuit from the high voltage signal, while a pulldown transistor pulls a high logic, high voltage signal down to supply voltage level.
