Abstract: Disclosed is the obtaining of exosomes from coffee, ginkgo-biloba, and ginseng plants and making tablets from the exosomes. The use of plant-derived exosomes obtained from coffee, ginkgo-biloba, and ginseng, with high bio-compatibility, cellular uptake, stability, and much more ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier is also disclosed in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, cognitive dysfunction, forgetfulness, and poor concentration disorders.
