Abstract: A method and system for visually displaying real-time enterprise management information is provided. An application integration platform receives plural types of data from manufacturing and information systems within an enterprise and analyzes the plural types of data to determine key performance indicators, such as a number of tardy jobs. A process control server receives manufacturing data from at least one work center and forwards the manufacturing data to the application integration platform. A user interface that interfaces with the application integration platform provides a visual display of the number of tardy jobs in accordance with the class of user interacting therewith. The user may then reschedule the tardy jobs on alternate machines and determine how such rescheduling will affect the expected completion times of all jobs running on all machines.

Abstract: Methods of demand and order-based inventory management of a customer facility in a vender managed inventory environment. The methods include receiving and entering a customer purchase order for a product. The order is scheduled and materials are requesting to complete the order. Next, the product is manufactured and shipped to the customer facility. Customer inventory levels are monitored by a vendor to determine if the customer inventory is below a threshold value. If the customer inventory is below the threshold value, a request is sent by the vendor to the customer facility for the issuance of a customer purchase order for additional units of the product to maintain the customer inventory above the threshold level.

An application integration platform receives plural types of data from manufacturing and information systems within the enterprise and analyzes the plural types of data to determine key performance indicators. A process control server receives manufacturing data from at least one work center and forwards the manufacturing data to the application integration platform. A database contains information related to manufacturing processes performed at the at least one work center. A graphical user interface that interfaces with the application integration platform to provide a visual display of the key performance indicators in accordance with the class of user interacting therewith. The levels of the corporate organizational structure are modeled as objects having methods and variables.

A user interface that interfaces with the application integration platform provides a visual display of the key performance indicators and bottlenecks.

Abstract: Systems and methods for vendor managed inventory (VMI) that include a demand management system that receives customer product usage data and forecasts customer demand for products in accordance with the product usage data. The VMI system also includes an order management system that receives orders from the demand management system and sends the order for fulfillment. A relational database stores customer information for later retrieval and ad hoc querying. An aspect integrator platform is provided for collaboratively presenting the customer information.
