Abstract: A finger adhesible abrasive pad that comprises an abrasive layer, a substantially planar substrate for the abrasive layer which is made of flexible material, an adhesive layer applied to the underside of the substrate, and a peelable layer applied to the adhesive layer. The abrasive pad is attachable to a fingertip by means of the adhesive layer prior to the commencement of a sanding operation.

Abstract: Liquid ovicidal/pediculicidal compositions for eradication of ectoparasites, such as head-lice and other phthiraptera, are disclosed. The compositions comprise 5-50 weight percents of a film-forming carbohydrate and optionally 1-10 weight percents of oil, and are washable within a time period of 1-5 minutes from hair at a length of less than 60 cm in a stream of water of at least 5 liters per minute and a temperature lower than 40° C. Hair care formulations such as shampoos, conditioners, mousses, gels and the likes containing such an ovicidal/pediculicidal composition are further disclosed. Also disclosed are methods preparing and using the compositions and formulations.

Abstract: A device for releasing substances into the mouth, that comprises an intra-oral pacifier provided with a sucking element that partially or fully occupies the mouth of a user. The sucking element is used for releasing flavor substances and is made from materials in the natural or unnatural latex family. An adequate amount of the substances is provided inside, or on the pacifier. The substances may include some nicotine for smoking cessation, antibacterial materials for curing intra-oral diseases, or flavor or odor substances.
