Abstract: An integrated circuit device includes a fin-type active region disposed on a substrate and extending in a first horizontal direction, a gate line disposed on the fin-type active region and extending in a second horizontal direction intersecting the first horizontal direction, the gate line including, a connection protrusion portion including a protrusion top surface at a first vertical level from the substrate, and a main gate portion including a recess top surface extending in the second horizontal direction from the connection protrusion portion, the recess top surface being at a second vertical level lower than the first vertical level, a gate contact disposed on the gate line and connected to the connection protrusion portion, a source/drain region disposed on the fin-type active region and disposed adjacent to the gate line, and a source/drain contact disposed on the source/drain region.

Abstract: A quantum dot composition, a preparation method therefor, and a cured film, a color filter and a display device that comprise the same are described. Specifically, a solventless quantum dot composition comprises quantum dots, which are surface-treated with two types of ligands. As a result, the quantum dot composition exhibits low viscosity, excellent optical properties, and high storage stability.

Abstract: A telescopically-extendable handle and rechargeable power supply assembly for mounting in a piece of luggage. The assembly includes a pair of spaced apart guide tubes supporting a pair of telescopically-extendable rods joined to a handle structure. A base housing component is mounted in an aperture formed in the luggage, and has a top surface. A battery module casing is mounted to and beneath the base housing component, and disposed substantially in the same plane as and between the pair of spaced apart guide tubes. A rechargeable DC battery power module is contained in the battery module casing, and provides a DC battery recharging port and a set of DC power supplying ports. Each such port is directly accessible through the top surface of the base housing component. A power port cover panel is hinged to the base housing component and has a closed configuration and an open configuration.
