Abstract: An electronic medical record device stores a medical condition or an observation about an infected animal as an item name, and displays whether the item name corresponds to completion or incompletion of treatment in a visually recognizable manner in a case of a follow-up examination. When selection of an item name has been made, the electronic medical record device permits an input of treatment information corresponding to the medical condition or the observation about the infected animal, and stores the input treatment information in association with the selected item name.
