Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information release method, including obtaining a position-value table of reference information of different categories; obtaining multiple pieces of information-to-be-released, and performing normalization processing on a conversion rate of the information-to-be-released according to a category of the information-to-be-released by using a corresponding position-value table, to obtain a normalized conversion rate of the information-to-be-released; and selectively releasing the multiple pieces of information-to-be-released according to the normalized conversion rate of the information-to-be-released. The present disclosure further provides an information release apparatus and a computer storage medium.
