Abstract: The present application provides a collagen type III composition prepared from a fibroblast extracellular matrix. The collagen type III is ultimately prepared by further purification, detection, and isolation based on the extracellular matrix components in a conditioned culture solution for fibroblasts, which are the most important cells in the human skin dermis, and can be combined with hyaluronic acid to form a composition formulation for use by people who want to remove and fill wrinkles on face and neck. The method is a production technique of the collagen type III composition from the fibroblast extracellular matrix, which belongs to a transplantation technology. More specifically, the human collagen is prepared from the cell culture supernatant by in vitro culturing the skin donated by volunteers for fibroblasts. The detection results of HIV, HBV, HCV, and syphilis infection markers are all non-reactive, mycoplasma is negative, and bacterial detection is negative.

The present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical composition prepared from NK cells and a monoclonal antibody of CD105, which can be used for the treatment of colorectal cancer and has a good application prospect.
