  • Publication number: 20240339906
Abstract: The present application provides a vibration exciter, which includes a casing with an accommodating space, a vibration unit suspended in the accommodating space, an elastic unit connected to the vibration unit and arranged in the accommodating space, and a drive unit fixed to the casing and configured to drive the vibration unit to vibrate. The vibration unit includes a mass block in a ring shape, a rubber coating member wrapped outside the mass block and internally form an installation cavity, a pole core combined with the rubber coating member and arranged inside the installation cavity, and a magnetic steel fixed on a side of the pole core away from the mass block. The drive unit is accommodated in the installation cavity. The vibration exciter of the present application can effectively reduce production costs and improve the fixation stability between the mass block, the magnetic steel and other components.

  • Publication number: 20240186877
Abstract: A linear vibration motor, including a housing, a weight suspended in the housing, at least two driving assemblies driving the weight to horizontally vibrate, and an elastic connector elastically supporting the weight. The weight includes an inner wall enclosing to form a through hole, each driving assembly includes a solenoid fixed to the housing and a magnet assembly fixed to the inner wall, the magnet assembly includes first magnets arranged at two sides of the solenoid along a vibrating direction of the weight, the first magnets are magnetized along a direction perpendicular to the vibrating direction, the first magnets at two sides of the solenoid have poles of a same polarity opposite to each other, each first magnet includes a common magnet located between two adjacent solenoids and shared by two adjacent driving assemblies. A driving force of the linear vibration motor is significantly improved.

  • Publication number: 20240178734
Abstract: A vibration motor, including a housing with a receiving space, a stator assembly fixed in the housing, a vibrator assembly received in the housing and driven by the stator assembly to vibrate, and a leaf spring connecting the housing and the vibrator assembly. The leaf spring includes an outer fixed portion fixed to the housing, an inner fixed portion fixed to the vibrator assembly, and an elastic arm connecting the outer fixed portion and the inner fixed portion. The elastic arm extends from the inner fixed portion to the outer fixed portion in a manner of rotating around the inner fixed portion. The vibration motor further includes damping glue arranged between two adjacent elastic arms for adjusting vibration damping of the vibrator assembly. The vibration motor of the present disclosure reduces material costs and improves reliability and consistency of a product.

  • Publication number: 20240088770
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vibration exciter comprising: a housing having a housing cavity, a stator assembly fixed in the housing, and a vibrator assembly housed in the housing cavity and driven to vibrate by the stator assembly; the stator assembly comprises a pole core fixedly attached to the inner side of the housing and a magnet fixedly attached to the side of the pole core that is back from the housing; the vibrator assembly includes a bracket housed in the housing cavity, a coil wound on the outside of the bracket, a counterweight fixed to the bracket, and a column assembly fixed to the end of the bracket and elastically connected to the housing; the bracket is a solid structure. When the coil is wound, it is wrapped around the bracket and column assembly, which is not easily deformed and improves the consistency of the coil shape.

  • Publication number: 20240088769
Abstract: The present application provides a vibration exciter, including a casing with an accommodating cavity, a stator assembly assembled in the casing, and a vibrator assembly assembled in the accommodating cavity and driven by the stator assembly to vibrate. The stator assembly includes a polar core fixed on an inner side of the casing and a magnetic steel fixed on one side of the polar core away from the casing. The vibrator assembly includes a skeleton elastically connected to the casing, a mass block fixed to the skeleton, and a coil wound around the outer side of the skeleton. The skeleton is integrally formed and has a solid structure. In the present application, since the skeleton is a solid structure formed integrally, the skeleton is not easy to be deformed when the coils are wound, and the shape of the coils can be controlled, thus having a better shape.
