    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a starch-based fluffy particle, a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method of the starch-based fluffy particle comprises the following steps of: (1) adding water into starch or modified starch for gelatinization to obtain a starch paste; (2) adding the starch paste into a polar organic solvent, stirring, standing and centrifuging to collecting a precipitate; and (3) freeze-drying, crushing and sieving the precipitate in sequence to prepare the starch-based fluffy particle. The starch-based fluffy particles are porous and fluffy with a large pore size, have excellent water absorption speed, water absorption rate and degradation rate, and can achieve the purpose of rapid and efficient hemostasis. Moreover, the starch-based fluffy particles are free of dispersing agent, emulsifying agent or cross-linking agent, have the characteristics of safety and reliability, and can meet the hemostatic requirement of in-vivo environment.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a dormia basket, including an operation handle, an outer sheath tube, and a basket body. A bottom of the basket body passes through the outer sheath tube and connects to the operation handle. The basket body is formed by winding at least two groups of basket wires. All the basket wires intersect at a top portion of the basket body. Each group of basket wires is formed by at least two metal wires wound around each other. Several slits are formed when two or more metal wires are wound around each other. At least one metal wire in each group of basket wires passes through a slit at a top portion of another group of basket wires, and a metal wire in another group of basket wires passes through a slit of a top portion of each group of basket wires.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a surgical apparatus that includes an easily retrieved biological specimen pouch. The pouch has a flexible wall, a serrated open end and a closed end. There are a plurality of string-hosting slots and a plurality of notches at the open end. The plurality of string-hosting slots and the plurality of notches are alternately positioned along the open end. A control mechanism having a tube and a rod inside the tube is connected to at least one of the first and second ends of the open and retrieval string. In response to a movement of the rod relative to the tube in a first direction that pulls the open and retrieval string out of the string-hosting slots, the plurality of notches at the serrated open end are substantially drawn closer to one another, resulting in a closure of the serrated open end with a relatively small dimension.

As the open end of the specimen pouch is provided with a flexible wall of discontinuous serration, and the open and retrieval string or the retrieval noose passes through the slots on the discontinuous serration of the flexible wall of the open end of the specimen pouch, when the open and retrieval string is pulled towards an outer sheath to retrieve the specimen pouch of the invention, the bulk of contracted open end is reduced due to the discontinuous serration of the flexible wall of the open end.
