    Abstract: A sutureless anastomosis device is provided herein comprising an outer tube defining an outer lumen and an inner tube formed of a compliant material defining an inner lumen. The inner tube is disposed within the outer lumen. In various embodiments, the anastomosis device is implanted such that proximal ends of the outer and inner tubes are secured around an outer surface of a proximal blood vessel, the distal end of the outer tube is secured to an outer surface of a distal blood vessel, and the distal end of the inner tube is secured to an inner surface of the distal blood vessel. Such a configuration connects the proximal blood vessel and distal blood vessel together in a manner that limits or eliminates turbulent flow through the anastomosis device. Methods of implantation are also disclosed.
