Pattern loading steps of the double needle bar warp knitting machine are simplified; the work intensity is reduced; and the work reliability is improved.

    Abstract: A core detection device of a coring instrument includes a base body and a core switch mechanism provided on the base body. The base body is provided with a core channel communicated with a core barrel. The core switch mechanism includes a detection portion, a connecting rod assembly and a travel switch which are sequentially arranged and connected along a length direction of the coring instrument. The detection portion is rotatably installed on the base body and one end thereof is extended into the core channel, so that a core passing through the core channel pushes the detection portion to rotate. The connecting rod assembly can be pulled by the rotating detection portion to trigger the travel switch to operate. The core switch mechanism adopts a slider-connecting rod structure, and the kinematic pairs are mainly a sliding pair and a rotating pair.

The plastic twist deformation eliminates the surface stress difference on the steel monofilament and provides a strainght steel monofilament for belt ply reinforcement. This provides a simple solution with existing apparatus to manufacture straight steel monofilament suitable for tire reinforcement with high speed for mass production.

    Abstract: A method continuously produces emulsion explosive by emulsification and sensitization in a static state without a loading pump. After the water phase and oil phase enters a static emulsifier for emulsification, the emulsion enters a static sensitization device; the sensitizer enters the static sensitization device through the sensitizer charging inlet and mixes with the emulsion in the static sensitization device. After emulsification and sensitization, the sensitized explosive directly enters an injection pipe for encapsulation. By adopting the static emulsifier and sensitization device, the explosive material storage amount is greatly reduced, and mechanical stirring and shearing for emulsification is avoided. Meanwhile, mechanical mixing for sensitization is omitted and replaced with full-static high-temperature sensitization, and the safety of sensitization is improved.
