Abstract: A bimodal robot operable in a ground mode and a flight mode, the bimodal robot including: a frame; a ground unit including a plurality of wheels located on a lower portion of the frame and one or more arms mounted on the frame; a flight unit including a plurality of flight motors and propellers attached thereto, the flight unit located on an upper portion of the frame; a master controller in wireless communication with a remote, the master controller in communication with a ground unit slave controller for controlling the plurality of wheels during operation of the bimodal robot in a ground mode and one or more arms of the ground unit and a flight unit slave controller for controlling the plurality of flight motors during operation of the bimodal robot in a flight mode.
