The electrolytic tank loading and unloading platform includes a support frame, a bottom plate, a washing device, a stripping device and a loading and unloading robot. The bottom plate is disposed on the support frame. The bottom plate has a loading and unloading opening penetrating the bottom plate. The loading and unloading opening includes a first loading and unloading opening and a second loading and unloading opening. The washing device and the stripping device each are disposed at a surface of the bottom plate facing away from the support frame and located between the first loading and unloading opening and the second loading and unloading opening. The loading and unloading robot is disposed at the surface of the bottom plate facing away from the support frame and adapted to grasp an electrode plate.

Abstract: A casting and outputting system is provided. The system includes a casting machine, a disc body, a transfer device, a special fixture, a cooling tank, a collection device and a waste plate rack. The transfer device is configured to drive the special fixture to take out anode plates cast on the disc body, place a qualified one of the anode plates in the cooling tank, place an unqualified one of the anode plates on the waste plate rack, lift the anode plate cooled in the cooling tank, and place the cooled anode plate on the collection device for stacking.

The float salvaging apparatus includes a hanging bracket, a bearing plate, a rotating plate and a drive assembly configured to drive pivoting of the rotating plate. The hanging bracket is disposed above the melting chamber. The rotating plate is pivotably disposed on the bearing plate, and the bearing plate and the rotating plate are provided on the hanging bracket between an initial position and a first salvaging position in a manner of moving up and down. The drive assembly is connected to the rotating plate.
