  • Patent number: 8664001
Abstract: An immunochemical filter device which has filter material attached to a support member (such as a cap) which is, in turn, attachable to a sample collection vessel. The filter material includes a labeled binding reagent that is released from the filter material into solution by migration of a liquid sample solution through the filter material. The mixture of the sample solution and the labeled specific binding reagent is transferred to an analyzer device for performance of a method for determining the presence or absence of an analyte in a sample solution.

  • Publication number: 20100055717
Abstract: An immunochemical sampling device, kits including the sampling device, processes for production of the sampling device, and methods for use of the sampling device in lateral flow immunoassays. The sampling device comprises a solid support that is partially wrapped in a porous carrier, then covered in a hydrophobic cover. At its distal end, the porous carrier comprises a labeled binding reagent that is retained in the solid support until released into controlled flow with the liquid sample when the sampling device is brought into contact with a test strip.

  • Publication number: 20070042444
Abstract: The object of the invention is a multiple-channel test devise based on immunodiffusion and immunochromatography, which enables the simultaneous or parallel determination of several analytes. In the test devise, it is possible to group together different combinations of markers recognizing allergens, myocardial infarction markers, venereal disease analytes, blood screening analytes, respiratory infection producing agents, IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies, other infectious disease producing agents as well as various cancer markers. The multiple-channel test devise comprises a porous carrier material on which a channel network has been formed by etching the carrier material by laser to form a shaped figure that contains several channels. In the channels, various specific binding reagents have been immobilized, which enable the diagnoses of a target illness and/or syndrome.

  • Publication number: 20050277203
Abstract: The invention provides an immunochemical filter device and use thereof, said filter device comprising a filter material attached to a support member. The filter material comprises a labeled binding reagent, wherein said labeled binding reagent is released from the filter material into solution by migration of a liquid sample solution through the filter material. The mixture of the sample solution and the labeled specific binding reagent is transferred to an analyzer device comprising a porous carrier, preferably by expressing the mixture through an aperture, diffusible membrane or valve in the support member. Additionally the invention provides a method for determining the presence or absence of an analyte in a sample solution and further provides a kit comprising the filter device.

  • Patent number: 4637163
Abstract: A method of producing wood-rottening edible mushrooms on a bed prepared from a carbonhydrate, lignin and protein containing compound material, said bed comprising mainly a cellulose containing material, minor amounts of proteinaceous and farinaceous substance as well as water, the bed is packed and pasteurized, a mushroom mycolim is transferred onto bed by injecting, the mycolium is grown in bed by varying the amount of temperature and light, the bed is removed from package for the production of edible mushrooms. According to the invention the bed material is mixed with minor amounts of peat during the preparation of the material, the total amount of starch and protein is restricted to less than 10% and the pH value of bed is adjusted to less than 5.
