Abstract: The disclosure relates to a composition comprising rotigotine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; at least one poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA); and at least one fatty acid, wherein the at least one fatty acid is at least 0.5% in weight relative to the total weight of the composition. The composition as disclosed herein has significantly reduced burse release effect. The disclosure also provides a method of treating Parkinson's disease comprising administering an effective amount of the composition as disclosed to a subject in need thereof.

The main intramedullary nail has a longitudinal axis, a proximal end, and a distal end with a tip. The proximal end includes a through hole for assembling the combined locking nail. The distal end includes an oblong through hole and a circular through hole, both for receiving the cortical bone screws. The combined locking nail includes a head, a distal end of the locking nail, a sleeve, a connecting block, and a cover cap. The connecting block includes a left-handed external thread. The cover cap includes a left-handed internal thread matching with the external thread of the connecting block, a symmetrical sliding plane, and a protrusion block disposed at the end of the symmetrical sliding plane.

Abstract: The present invention involves a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating motion sickness syndrome, the method of using it to treat motion sickness syndrome and the method for preparing phencynonate hydrochloride of .alpha.-configuration, the active component of the pharmaceutical composition. As compared with the known anti-motion sickness drugs, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention showed higher efficacy and lower side effects. In addition, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can also be used for preventing and treating many symptoms of functional disorders of central and peripheral cholinergic system resulting from excessive central and peripheral acetyl choline.
