Abstract: An acoustic dose meter is provided comprising a housing, and a cylindrical seat for staging a pressurized medicine canister. The housing includes at least one compartment for housing electronics and passageways for connecting electronics for power and data communication. A microprocessor including a transient memory containing machine instruction is also included. Additionally, a power source connected to the microprocessor, a power switch connected to the microprocessor and the power source for booting the microprocessor are added. At least one visual display device connected to the microprocessor for displaying available doses is provided. A first set of acoustic sensors connected to the microprocessor and adapted as acoustic sound generators and a second set of acoustic sensors connected to the microprocessor and adapted as acoustic soundwave recorders are implemented to detect and analyze frequencies enabling determining of dosing count availability.

Abstract: Garments with post-operative drain compartments along an interior of the garment are manufactured and provided to a pediatric (child or adolescent) patients after surgery. The garment has a first plurality of post-operative drain compartments on a first side of the garment and a second plurality of post-operative drain compartments on a second side of the garment. Each of the post-operative drain compartments supports a reservoir of a post-operative drain. After a surgical procedure involving post-operative drains as part of recovery, a child or adolescent wears the garment and inserts the reservoir of a post-operative drain into one of the post-operative drain compartments. The garment supports at least four post-operative drains. One of the post-operative drain compartments is disposed above another one of the post-operative drain compartments. Each of the openings post-operative drain compartments remains open and does not include any fastening mechanism.

Abstract: A system is provided to assist a user having a medical emergency including computerized electronic units attached to or adhered to emergency medication dispensers or emergency medical devices. And the application is also provided on users' smartphones enabling registration of the electronic units and type of emergency medication or medical device they are adhered to or attached to. The application provides a user interface enabling a first user to activate alerts on the electronic unit to locate the medical dispenser or emergency medical device. The user interface enables the users to activate emergency medical help causing a connected server to locate a second user to assist in a vicinity of the user requiring medical assistance having the medication or medical device required by the first user.
