  • Publication number: 20240028999
Abstract: In some implementations, a device may provide, as input to a model, input data indicating current value(s) corresponding to key performance indicator(s) (KPI) associated with current calls to a contact center, enterprise event(s), and stability event(s) associated with the contact center. The device may receive, as an output from the machine learning model, predicted value(s) corresponding to the KPI(s). • Publication number: 20230359586
Abstract: It is determined that an expiration date for an object associated with a first archive that includes a chunk object that includes a plurality of data chunks has expired. The first archive is stored in a first cloud performance storage class according to an archive tiering policy. It is determined that the archive tiering policy indicates migrating the plurality of data chunks included in the chunk object from the first cloud performance storage class to a second cloud performance storage class. In response to determining that the archive tiering policy indicates migrating the plurality of data chunks included in the chunk object from the first cloud performance storage class to the second cloud performance storage class, the plurality of data chunks included in the chunk object are migrated from the first cloud performance storage class to the second cloud performance storage class.

  • Patent number: 11797416
Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention are directed towards techniques for validating performance degradation of cloud deployed application from neighbor based variability. Historical runs of an application deployed in a cloud environment are received. In these embodiments, a subset of these historical runs, using associated performance metrics recorded during the historical runs, are compared against performance metrics of a current version of the application which is deployed in a cloud environment to determine a subset of historical runs similar to the current version. The determined subset is then used to draw comparisons with performance metrics of a baseline run of the application to validate if a performance degradation has occurred by updating the application to the current version, reducing the impact of neighbor-based variability on evaluating performance degradation.

  • Publication number: 20230077938
Abstract: An indication to store to a remote storage a new archive of a snapshot of a source storage is received. At least one shared data chunk of the new archive is determined to be already stored in an existing chunk object of the remote storage storing data chunks of a previous archive. One or more evaluation metrics for the existing chunk object are determined based at least in part on a retention period associated with one or more individual chunks stored in the chunk object and a data lock period associated with the entire existing chunk object. It is determined based on the one or more evaluation metrics whether to reference the at least one shared data chunk of the new archive from the existing chunk object or store the at least one shared data chunk in a new chunk object of the remote storage.

  • Publication number: 20220216806
Abstract: A motor drive system for an electrified vehicle includes a DC source, such as a battery, and an inverter, which includes one or more phase drivers, each configured to switch current from the DC source to generate AC power upon one or more output terminals using a hybrid of two or more different solid-state switches, each having a corresponding voltage rating. A nine-switch inverter includes three phase drivers, each including high, low, and middle solid-state switches, with Si-MOSFET high and low switches having a first voltage rating of half of the rated voltage of the system, and with Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors rated to block a full rated voltage of the system used for the middle switches. A delay driver synchronizes timing between two different solid-state switches by energizing control terminals at different rates. The inverter can be operated using near-state pulse-width modulation (NSPWM) to reduce switching losses.

  • Publication number: 20220200452
Abstract: Techniques and mechanisms for determining a delivery of power by a programmable power supply. In an embodiment, controller circuitry of a platform receives an indication that a load of the platform is to transition to a particular operational mode. Based on a power requirement of the operational mode, the controller circuitry identifies a mode of voltage regulation which is to be provided with converter circuitry of the platform. The controller circuitry signals that a programmable power supply, which is coupled to the platform, is to output a supply voltage at a level which is based on an amount of power loss associated with the mode of voltage regulation. In another embodiment, the controller circuitry identifies the mode of voltage regulation based on an amount of charge which is currently stored by a battery of the platform.
