Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to real-time interactive digital embodiment of a patient. A computing platform may retrieve, via the communication interface and from a medical repository, an electronic health record associated with a patient. Then, the computing platform may extract, from the electronic health record, data indicative of: a plurality of patient features indicative of one or more of a physical feature or a mental state associated with the patient, and a plurality of health attributes of the patient. The computing platform may then configure a digital embodiment of the patient to: display the plurality of patient features, and display information associated with the plurality of health attributes. Subsequently, the computing platform may render, via a graphical user interface of a computing device, the digital embodiment of the patient.
