Abstract: A system for multi-site batch setpoint and schedule updating. The system may provide an efficient manner to update hundreds or thousands of site controllers with control setpoints and/or schedules having a common new setting with minimal user intervention. A user may easily setup a batch job by selecting multiple deployed control entities or schedules, specifying the desired setpoint adjustment and initiating the batch job execution. The system may perform the job unassisted by connecting each of the selected site controllers selected, locating the target control entity/schedule, and applying a schedule or setpoint update. The system may record a status of each significant action taken to perform the batch job execution so that the user can review the status at a later time.

Abstract: An approach relating to providing a user an ability to place sites into multiple categories and providing applications an ability to query a configuration for members of the categories. The approach not only may provide a user an ability to easily create, deploy, modify and monitor a multi-site enterprise hundreds and thousands of remote building management system site controllers and allow the user to establish each site within the context of a single enterprise group, but it may also incorporate where the site controllers can be identified, sorted or managed within multiple categorical groupings. For example, categorical groupings may facilitate managing the configurations at the sites, applying an operational setting by selecting a logical category, applying common operating parameters to multiple sites, and so forth.

Abstract: An approach for site controller discovery, import and integration. A customer may purchase site controllers to be put at its remote location, sometimes prior to having network connectivity to the remote location. Eventually, the customer may want to integrate the remote site controller with a supervisor at its home facility. The approach may provide site controller discovery, import and integration including automation of integration of the deployed site controller configuration and enterprise hierarchy to the home facility supervisor with minimal user intervention. During importing and integration into the customer's supervisor, enterprise model data may be retrieved and added to the existing multi-site hierarchal structure with the supervisor. The import operation may automatically perform a configuration backup to complete the integration process. The configuration in the deployed site controller or controllers may be considered a master configuration.
