    Abstract: A system, an arrangement and a method for tracking viewership of regional billboards to collaborate billboard displays. Viewership is tracked using triggers that may be displayed with content and/or ads. Execution of the triggers may provide feedback to collaborate content/ads across billboards on a single medium or a number of heterogeneous media types to maximize cumulative viewership and advertising effectiveness. Triggers may be tailored to track the physical location of the billboard (in any display media), the time the billboard is displayed, and the identity of the content and/or ad. Data relating to the executed triggers includes identifying information of the viewer that executes the trigger to determine the success of the trigger. Following a determination of the success of the trigger, cumulative viewership of content, ads and triggers may be managed across billboards distributed across a region and across heterogeneous media.

The migration process is negotiated between two endpoints themselves. Transport endpoint mobility includes communication between two STEM daemons, one STEM daemon in each endpoint, which dynamically updates kernel data structures (e.g., elements of a 5-tuple associated with a TCP/IP application) associated with the session. Migration is transparent to the application using the underlying transport connection for data transfer.

    Abstract: The Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP) is to gather outgoing interface identification information (e.g., outgoing interface ID's or IP addresses) for each node in a primary path. This information is “recorded” in an opaque object (referred to herein as the “RECORD PRIMARY PATH” or “RPP” object). In accordance with the present invention, the information contained in the opaque object is stored in two databases for each node, with local interface information of a particular node being stored in its Local Links Database (LLDB), and information identifying the primary links that affect the backup bandwidth calculation for that node being stored in its External Links Database (ELDB). Each node has its own LLDB and ELDB (or has the LLDB and ELDB data stored in a larger database in such a way that it is can be separately accessible on a node-by-node basis) so that, for each node, the information can be obtained and used.
