    Abstract: A compressor may include a shell, orbiting and non-orbiting scrolls, an unloader bushing assembly and a drive shaft. The unloader bushing assembly may include a drive bushing and a spring. The drive bushing includes an outer surface engaged with the orbiting scroll and may define an opening extending from a first bushing end to a second bushing end. The spring may include a body disposed within the opening of the drive bushing and may include first and second spring ends with at least a portion of the first spring end extending laterally from the body and overlapping the first bushing end. At least a portion of the second spring end may extend laterally from a body and overlap the second bushing end to secure the spring within the drive bushing. The drive shaft may include a crank pin disposed within the opening of the drive bushing and engaging the spring.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulsation dampening assembly for a compressor having an outlet port configured for supplying compressed refrigerant from a compression mechanism of the compressor. The pulsation dampening assembly includes a pulsating disc and a spring. The pulsating disc and the spring are disposed within the outlet port. The pulsating disc includes a plurality of apertures in fluid communication with the compression mechanism. The spring includes a first end engaging the pulsating disc and a second end engaging the outlet port. The pulsating disc is translatably disposed within the outlet port between an operative state and an inoperative state.

The lifting mechanism may include an outer truck box having a cover, an inner toolbox, and a tray that supports the inner box. A connecting link is coupled to the cover and to the tray for guiding the inner box between an elevated position and a lowered position. A lift assist, such as a gas spring, is coupled to the cover for lifting the inner box when the cover is opened and lowering the inner box when the cover is closed. In another embodiment, the lifting mechanism may comprise an L-shaped slotted link mounted to the cover and to the tray for guiding the inner box between the elevated position and the lowered position.
