Abstract: Disclosed are systems and method for continuously collecting transaction data associated with a plurality of users, generating, for a user having a user device communicatively coupled to a payment system, a set of transaction incentives to be applied to current or future transactions; identifying a geo-location of the user device; determining a likelihood of the user engaging in a transaction with a merchant at a merchant device; based at least in part on at least one of the geo-location of the user device or the likelihood of the user engaging in the transaction, selecting at least one transaction incentive to be applied to the transaction; processing a payment for the transaction with the at least one transaction incentive is applied thereto; and updating a user interface on the user device to indicate at least one of the transaction and the at least one transaction incentive applied.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for facilitating a transaction between a payer and a merchant comprises identifying one or more merchants that are at or in proximity to a geolocation of the payer, and providing the payer a reward, notification or a reminder of a stored value associated with a merchant to apply to a transaction with the merchant. The reward, notification or reminder of the stored value can be provided based on an inference of intent of the payer to conduct a transaction with the merchant. A request to conduct a transaction with the merchant is received from the payer. The transaction between the payer and the merchant is processed with the reward or stored value applied thereto. A notification can be sent to the payer alerting the payer to a discounted item or proximity of the payer to an item and/or merchant they have saved to a list.

Abstract: Techniques are described that provide context identifiers for conversation threads between two parties communicating via a communication (e.g., messaging) platform. In at least one example, the parties may include a customer and a merchant customer service representative. In some examples, the merchant customer service representative may send a context message to the communication platform indicating a summary of the conversation thread and messages associated therewith. The communication platform may cause the summary to be presented concurrently with at least one message of the messages associated with the conversation thread. The summary may provide a means by which the customer may determine a context associated with a conversation thread, such as to quickly identify a particular conversation thread among a plurality of conversation threads between the customer and the merchant.

Abstract: Techniques are described that provide contextual data associated with a merchant application via a messaging application to provide a customer context while conducting a messaging conversation with a merchant. The customer may indicate an intent to initiate the messaging conversation with the merchant via a merchant application or the messaging application. A computing device associated with the merchant application may determine contextual data associated with the merchant application, the contextual data including real-time and/or near real time status of the merchant application. A communication platform associated with the messaging application may cause the contextual data to be presented to the customer via the messaging application, to keep the customer informed of the status of the merchant application while the customer conducts the messaging conversation with the merchant.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining the presence of a location-based event by receiving information from one or more sellers. The information may include seller location and/or types of items sold. The type of event may be determined. Optionally, a guide for the event can be generated based on the information received from the sellers. Information about the event and/or the guide may be accessed by a mobile device of a potential buyer or via a web directory.

Abstract: Adaptive system and process for improvement of data. A first rules module applies one or more data accuracy rules to a data input to improve data accuracy of the input. A second rules module applies one or more meta rules while applying data accuracy rules, the one or more meta rules invoking another event to improve data accuracy.

A view management module obtains records from the ERP systems. The view manager also obtains journaling information that can be kept in the ERP systems or kept separately. The view manager creates a history view and data group views that can be presented to a user. The user interacts with the presentation to sort, browse, analyze, and edit the view and data. Data changed in a data group view can be forwarded to produce changes in the ERP and journaling systems.
