  • Publication number: 20250094860
Abstract: A method for training a machine learning model for categorizing data is provided. The method comprising receiving labeled positive training data and negative training data. The positive training data and negative training data are lemmatized and then vectorizing the lemmatized into a vector space. A machine learning model is trained with the vectorized positive training data and negative training data to identify a new category of data from existing categories in the positive training data and negative training data.

  • Publication number: 20240420843
Abstract: Provided are methods for creating a diagnostic model for determining a disease of a subject, methods to identify disease-associated metaepigenomic biomarkers and methods to employ these biomarkers to accurately diagnose certain diseases from a tissue or liquid biopsy sample, based on epigenetic data from the subject's genome and microbial genomes contained within that subject

  • Publication number: 20240122626
Abstract: A fixation device includes a body having a first axial end and a second axial end defining a longitudinal axis. The body has a longitudinal bore therein, and a longitudinal slot in a first side of the body extending laterally to the bore. A mounting bracket is connected to the first axial end at a second side opposite the slot and extends outward therefrom. The mounting bracket is configured to be mounted to a first structure. A support member is retained in the bore and is configured to move longitudinally in the bore. The support member protrudes outward from the first side of the body to support a second structure a longitudinal distance from the first structure. A lead screw engages a threaded hole in the base whereby rotation of the lead screw moves the support member to adjust the longitudinal distance between the first and second structures.

  • Patent number: 11012520
Abstract: An approach is provided in which an information handling system captures a set of performance metrics corresponding to a traffic flow through a set of microservices included in the service mesh. Next, the information handling system identifies one or more modifications to the traffic flow based on analyzing the set of performance metrics against a set of application requirements corresponding to the set of microservices. In turn, the information handling system adjusts a traffic routing policy of the service mesh based on the identified one or more modifications.
