  • Publication number: 20250136749
Abstract: A macromolecular compound for providing an organic semiconductor material exhibiting excellent conversion efficiency; a starting-material compound having high material design freedom; and methods for producing thereof. The macromolecular compound comprising a benzobisthiazole structural unit is represented by the formula (1): in the formula (1), T1, T2, B1, and B2 represent heteroaryl groups, the heteroaryl groups are optionally each independently substituted by an organosilyl group, a halogen atom, or a hydrocarbon group, and at least one of the heteroaryl groups represented by T1, T2, B1, and B2 is substituted by a halogen atom.

  • Publication number: 20240241079
Abstract: The present invention provides a transistor-based polyamine sensor with which it is possible to detect a polyamine easily and with high sensitivity. Specifically, the present invention provides a transistor-based polyamine sensor comprising a detection site, wherein an organic compound containing a carboxy group and a thiol group is immobilized on all or part of the surface of the detection site via the thiol group of the organic compound, a heavy metal ion is bound to the carboxy group of the organic compound, and a change in threshold voltage caused by bonding of the heavy metal ion to a polyamine is measured to detect the polyamine.
