Abstract: Present invention concerns a laminated spring containing valve on a cylinder that contains two compartments which are separated by a piston, which ensures the adjustment of the fluid flow rate between the two compartments by being sensitive to the pressure difference between the two compartment. Present invention explains a valve and its control method which provides a dynamical control over the fluid flow between the two compartments and the flow rate. Besides, this invention explains a valve set and a prosthetic joint, which contains this set, that ensures the adaptive movement of the prosthetic limbs of the amputees with the natural movement phases.

Abstract: The invention is related to an above-knee prosthesis knee-joint mechanism that is connected with a stump which enables the above-knee amputees to walk. The invention is a threaded prosthesis knee-joint or knee-joint prosthesis which has a moving cylinder joint that enables the movement of the tibia prosthesis that is matched with the femur that is connected with the shoe having a horizontal-angle thread and threads above the femur and the shoe.

Abstract: This invention is related to a mechanism to be used to balance the weight of a patient or a sportsman in rehabilitation or sport based equipment. The purpose of the weight balancing mechanism subject to the invention is to prevent the legs carry the entire weight of a patient or a sportsman during the walking therapy on a treadmill by carrying a portion of their weight. The other purpose of this invention is to adjust the amount of the weight need to be carried. During the phases of walking due to changing the tension of the rope, no change will be occured in the weight of the user is the final purpose of the invention. In order to reach this aim, a mechanism is developed for adjusting the tension of the rope in the light of the rope movements.
