  • Patent number: 7523621
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for heat refinement by utilizing waste heat in a conduct (6) comprising a first cycle (2), an evaporator (4) In which the circulating working fluid is evaporated to gas, a compressor (8) that compress the gas, a condenser (10) that condenses the gas to a condensate and releases heat to a passing heat carrier in the condenser, and an expansion valve (14) that expands the condensate and bring back the working fluid to the evaporator (4). The system further comprises a second cycle (16; 16a-d) is attached to the first cycle (2), a turbine (18), which supplies gas from the evaporator (4), whereby an expansion occurs, whereafter condensate is brought back to the evaporator (4).

  • Publication number: 20080181731
Abstract: A tool intended for chip removing machining is disclosed. The tool is of the type that has a basic body and an indexable cutting insert that can be connected to the basic body via an interface including a primary connecting surface in the basic body and a secondary connecting surface in the cutting insert. Among two cooperating support flanks included in the connecting surface of the basic body, one is situated on a level above the other in order to form a lateral support for the cutting insert. In the connecting surface of the cutting insert, contact flanks are included that, together with the clearance surface of the cutting insert, form a V-shapedly converging wedge part that can be applied in a seat delimited by the support flanks, the contact flank being urged against the low-positioned support flank of the basic body, while an upper part of the clearance surface of the cutting insert is urged against the high-positioned support flank.

  • Publication number: 20080063481
Abstract: A cutting tool including a basic body and a plurality of cutting inserts arranged in series one after the other. Each insert includes a topside, an underside, two opposite side surfaces, front and rear ends, and a cutting edge adjacent to the front end. The rear end of a first cutting insert faces the front end of a second cutting insert disposed rearward of the first insert, and a chip space forward of the cutting edge of the second cutting insert is delimited by a chip-forming surface extending in the forward direction from the rear end of the first cutting insert, and a chip-forming surface extending downward from the cutting edge of the second cutting insert.

  • Publication number: 20050238445
Abstract: A milling cutter for sharpening welding electrodes includes a tool body, and a plurality of cutting inserts fastened to the tool body. The inserts include a center cutting insert and at least two peripheral cutting inserts. Each peripheral cutting insert includes at least one cutting edge. The center cutting insert defines: two oppositely facing principle planes, two cutting edges disposed adjacent respective ones of the principle planes, and a concave surface extending between such cutting edges. The center cutting insert can cut (sharpen) the end surfaces of two welding electrodes simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20050229512
Abstract: A device for forming a displaceable wall structure, comprising one or more building elements each provided with a first and a second arrangement for suspension of the building element from a support unit and for substantially horizontal movement of the building element forward and backward along the support unit. The first and the second suspension arrangements, when cooperating with the support unit, are arranged spaced from each other along the extension of the building element parallel to said substantially horizontal movement direction, and the building element has a means for pivoting the building element about a substantially vertical pivot axis. The device further comprises a mechanism cooperating with the pivoting means for locking the pivoting means in a predetermined position against horizontal movement during pivoting of the building element about the pivot axis.

  • Patent number: 5053097
Abstract: A method of joining tubes (A and B) having a corrugated wall (10) of fusible plastic material and terminating at a cut through a corrugation rib, comprises the following steps. An annular body (14) expanding when energy is supplied to it, is positioned in an annular space (13) formed by the corrugation ribs at the end of one tube (A) and an inner boundary which can be formed by an inner wall (11) of fusible plastic material, integral with the corrugated wall of said one tube, or by a sleeve inserted into the adjacent ends of the tubes, also of fusible material. The tube ends are put together to close said space by the end of the other tube (13), and a radial and axial support (19) for the corrugation ribs is arranged on the outside of the tubes. Then, the annular body is expanded by heating to fuse said body to the walls of the tubes and the sleeve, respectively.

  • Patent number: 4108254
Abstract: A fluid operated drill is supported upon a boom, which is in turn supported upon a mechanism for moving the boom to different positions, the mechanism being rotatable about a central axis with respect to a relatively stationary frame. A fluid collector means is provided including circumferential grooves communicating with channels for conducting operating fluids from the frame to the positioning mechanism and the fluid operated drill.
