  • Publication number: 20220401625
Abstract: A method of producing an injectable gel product is provided, comprising (a) cross-linking a first glycosaminoglycan (GAG) with a first crosslinking agent to produce a gel, wherein the charging ratio of crosslinking agent to disaccharide unit is below 0.15; (b) preparing particles of the gel; (c) mixing the glycosaminoglycan (GAG) gel particles with a second GAG to provide a mixture; (d) cross-linking the mixture with a second crosslinking agent to obtain cross-linking between the GAGs of the second, outer phase, thereby providing a gel having a first, inner phase of the cross-linked GAG gel particles, embedded in a gel of the second GAG outer phase; and (e) preparing injectable particles, each such particle containing a plurality of the cross-linked GAG gel particles of the first, inner phase. An injectable gel product, an aqueous composition, and a pre-filled syringe as also provided.

  • Publication number: 20210308779
Abstract: This invention relates to a weld cutting machine, comprising a first cutting jaw part (4) and a second cutting jaw part (5), a base frame (500) having fixedly attached thereto said second cutting jaw part (5), a power unit and a transmission mechanism (3), wherein said power unit is connected to said transmission mechanism (3) to arrange for movement of at least one of said cutting jaw parts (4, 5), and wherein connecting members are arranged to enable said at least one cutting jaw part (4, 5) to move in a guided manner relative said second cutting jaw part (5), wherein said power unit is an electric motor (2) and that said connecting members include at least two rods (6), each rod (6) being arranged with at least one set of threads (63, 64) arranged to transfer torque applied via said transmission mechanism (3) to said rods (6) to provide linear movement of said at least one cutting jaw part (4, 5), wherein said transmission mechanism (3) includes at least two parts (31, 32) a first reduction transmission (3

  • Patent number: 5518609
Abstract: A device for cleaning caustic liquor mixtures containing lime, comprising a closed chamber 7 for the caustic liquor mixture to be cleaned with an upper horizontal wall 5, to which a number of hollow filter elements 8 are attached. The filter elements extend downwardly in the chamber and communicate with the latter via a great number of filtrate holes 9 in the filter elements. Each filter element is provided with a filter material 10, which covers the filtrate holes. According to the invention, the filtrate holes 9 are arranged below a horizontal plane P, which is situated below and at a distance from the horizontal wall 5 such that during operation gas is enclosed between the wall and the uncleaned caustic liquor mixture. As a result the caustic liquor mixture in the chamber is prevented from contacting the wall 5, which counteracts the formation of permanent tight layers of lime on the filter material.

  • Patent number: 5024362
Abstract: A guard intended to prevent hand-injuries against tear-bars has an elongated form (6) and extends parallel with a tear-edge and is moveable in a direction transversal to its longitudinal axis. The guard (6) has a length equal to the length of the tear-bar (2). The guard (6) is guided in a gap (5) defined between a strip-like (4) front side of the tear-bar (2) and an inwardly angled part of the wall (1) of the casing intended to accommodate, for instance, a paper-roll holder incorporating the tear-bar (2). For the purpose of limiting movement of the guard (6) between an outer active guard position and an inner inactive position, in which the tear-edge of the tear-bar (2) is exposed, there is provided along the guard (6) a rib (8) which abuts the free edge of the strip-like front side of the tear-bar in the outer position of the guard. The guard is displaced to its inner position in the gap (5) by the material web (P) when severing the paper-web against the tear-bar (2).
