Abstract: A process for the manufacturing of a decorative laminate, which laminate comprises an upper decorative and abrasion resistant thermosetting laminate layer and a carrying core. The upper side of the core is provided with the abrasion resistant thermosetting laminate with a dampening foil of an elastomer arranged between the upper side of the core and the abrasion resistant thermosetting laminate, which elastomer and which thermosetting laminate are joined with each other and with the core by means of pressing.

Abstract: A process for the manufacture of a decorative boards, which boards includes a decorative layer, wherein a decor sheet is placed as a surface layer on a base layer and bonded thereto by pressing under elevated temperature and pressure. The decor sheet is cut to a predetermined format from a web, the cut being arranged on a fixed position related to possible repetition frequency of a decor pattern of the web. The decor sheet is then accurately placed on a base layer with a predetermined format. The decor sheet is spot welded to the base layer. A number of such base layers with attached decor sheets are then, one after the other, fed in between the belts of a continuous laminate press, optionally together with an uppermost wear layer. The base layers, the decor sheets and possibly the optional wear layer is then laminated together under heat and pressure in the laminate press.

Abstract: A process for installation of surface elements, the surface elements comprising a core, a decorative upper surface and edges provided with joining means for mechanically locking the surface elements together. Predetermined portions of the edges are provided with a glue which is present on the edges of the surface elements in a passive dry form and which may be activated by applying a liquid. The glue is provided with an indicator means which indicator means indicates the difference between a passive glue and an activated glue. The surface elements are joined to each other by use of the joining means wherein a unit of a plurality of surface elements is formed.

Abstract: Surface structured decorative boards (1) having a first and a second opposite edge (1I and 1II respectively). The board (1) include an upper side decorative surface (2) an upper side surface structure and a base layer. The structure is comprised by at least two surface grades (10) forming a decorative surface pattern on said upper side, said pattern being applied in predetermined fixed positions (P) on the first and the second edges (1I and 1II respectively). The first edge pattern positions (PL) and the second edge pattern positions (PR) are matched so that the pattern continues over the first and second edges (1I and 1II respectively) of adjacent boards (1).
