  • Patent number: 8349442
Abstract: To provide an agricultural film which has high transparency and which has a coating film formed with excellent abrasion resistance (adhesion), hydrophilicity (anti-fogging, wettability and anti-fouling) and hydrophilic durability. An agricultural film 10 comprising a base material film 12 and a porous hydrophilic coating film 14 formed on the base material film 12. The hydrophilic coating film 14 contains boehmite particles, silica particles and a binder, wherein (a) the atomic ratio of Al to Si (Al/Si) is from 0.2 to 5.0, (b) the average particle diameter of the silica particles is from 5 to 50 nm, and (c) the crystallite diameter of the boehmite particles, as calculated from the diffraction peak of the (120) plane is from 20 to 50 nm. The hydrophilic coating film 14 is formed by applying a composition comprising boehmite particles, silica particles, a binder and water, on a surface of a base material film, followed by drying.

  • Publication number: 20110274914
Abstract: To provide a coating composition capable of forming a hydrophilic coating film which has high transparency and which is excellent in abrasion resistance (adhesion), hydrophilicity (anti-fogging, wettability and anti-fouling properties) and hydrophilic durability. A coating composition for forming a hydrophilic coating film, which comprises boehmite particles, silica particles, a binder and water, wherein the crystallite diameter of the boehmite particles, as calculated from the diffraction peak of the (120) plane, is from 20 to 50 nm, the average particle diameter of the silica particles is from 5 to 50 nm, the proportion of the boehmite particles is from 20 to 80 mass % based on the total amount of the boehmite particles and the silica particles, and the proportion of the binder is from 0.5 to 15 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass in total of the boehmite particles and the silica particles.

  • Patent number: 7187333
Abstract: An antenna device that can surely prevent water from coming into the part where the transmission table is introduced and allows the number of parts to be reduced so that the cost can be reduced. The antenna device includes an antenna module that receives radio waves transmitted from a satellite, a cover member having a sufficient internal space to store the antenna module and its bottom opened, and a bottom plate to close the open bottom of the cover member. The transmission cable is connected to the antenna module. The transmission cable is inserted from the hole provided at the cover member and sealed by a seal material including silicon resin in the hole. The bottom plate is made of a metal plate and a magnet plate and the magnet plate has projections to position the magnet. After the bottom plate is attached, a composite resin material is filled and the cover member has its bottom side sealed.

  • Patent number: 7129906
Abstract: An antenna device that can suitably be provided on the exterior of a vehicle is provided with low cost. An antenna case includes a top cover and a bottom plate joined with each other. The top cover stores an antenna module that receives a signal and a packing member provided at the joining part between the top cover and the bottom plate to keep the antenna case tightly sealed. The antenna case has a notch positioned at the joining part through which a signal line is externally extended, and the packing member integrally forms a base part that covers the entire surface of the antenna module and a gasket part that covers the outer periphery of the signal line connected to the antenna module in the position of the notch.
