    Abstract: An embodiment of a fluid end of a pump includes a housing including a plurality of pumping chambers. Each pumping chamber configured to receive a plunger therein. In addition, the housing includes a plurality of outlet ports, each being in fluid communication with a corresponding one of the plurality of pumping chambers. The fluid end also includes a discharge manifold assembly connected to the housing and positioned to receive fluid discharged from the plurality of pumping chambers. The discharge manifold assembly including a single-piece, monolithic body having a plurality of discharge bores and a manifold bore defined therein, the manifold bore being in fluid communication with the plurality of discharge bores, the plurality of discharge bores positioned to align with the plurality of outlet ports, and each of the plurality of discharge bores being configured to at least partially receive a corresponding discharge valve assembly therein.

The fluid end also includes an anti-rotation system, coupled to the housing, the anti-rotation system engaging the wear sleeve retainer to block rotation of the wear sleeve retainer in at least one direction. The fluid end further includes a packing nut coupled to the wear sleeve retainer.

A seal may include an annular seal body having a groove face, a sealing face opposite the groove face, a first lateral face, and a second lateral face opposite the first lateral face. The groove face may have an at least partially convex groove edge, and the sealing face may have an at least partially concave sealing edge and a protrusion. The first and second lateral faces may be oblique with respect to one another, and the groove face, the sealing face, the first lateral face, and/or the second lateral face may cause the seal to deform in a groove of a first one of the two components when a second one of the two components presses against the sealing face, thereby to enhance the fluid seal between the two components.
