  • Patent number: 9396405
Abstract: There are provided an operation unit configured to detect a designation area designated on a display screen of a display unit, a specifying unit configured to acquire designation area image position information representing a position corresponding to the designation area in a camera image for each detected designation area, an image segmentation processing unit configured to segment an image corresponding to the designation area from the camera image based on the designation area image position information, a memory unit configured to save image data of the image corresponding to the designation area segmented from the camera image, and a processing control unit configured to activate each of the specifying unit configured to acquire the designation area image position information of the designation area and the processing unit configured to segment the image corresponding to the designation area to be executed for each designation area when the designation area has been designated.

  • Publication number: 20150234903
Abstract: An information terminal device configured with a presentation section, a prompt detection section, and a control section. In the presentation section, future items and past items with each of which a piece of time information is associated are arranged and presented in chronological sequence on respective regions divided by using a current time display column indicating a current time as a border, based on the respective pieces of time information. The prompt detection section detects a prompt for controlling the past items and the future items. When a prompt has been detected by the prompt detection section, the control section controls the way of registration, deleting, shifting, editing and presenting the future items and the past items. Accordingly, the future items and the past items can be browsed at one time, and the convenience of item management can be improved.

  • Publication number: 20040073129
Abstract: A data acquisition unit for an EEG system includes pliant electrodes and/or a wireless transmitter that permit use of the EEG system without electrolyte gels or solutions and/or connecting wires. The electrodes can use a conductive fabric or a conductive rubber material that is dry or damp and mounted in a rigid structure that plugs into a socket on a headset. A feedback unit in the EEG system, which receives and processes the data from data acquisition unit, can be a high power, high performance processing system that implements complex feedback presentations and control functions based on analysis of the EEG data. In one embodiment, the feedback system controls a presentation player and adjusts a playback rate according to the sensed brain activity or synchrony between left and right brain activity. A PWM signal can control the time scale of the presentation.

  • Patent number: 5217195
Abstract: A support mechanism for 6-way adjustable automotive seats has a base and a seat support mounted on the base by mechanical locks telescopable for adjusting the height and tilt of the seat support. The mechanism is improved in that spring biased levers compensate for variable spring force to apply an approximately constant seat lifting force throughout the adjustment range of the mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4685736
Abstract: An infinitely positionable backrest lock for a recliner seat has an upper plate hinged to a lower frame, and a gear train mounted to the lower frame and drivingly engaging the upper plate. The gear train includes a drum surface on which is wound a brake spring normally gripping the drum against rotation for locking the upper plate against pivotal movement. Positive locking of the drum and gear train is assured by an auxiliary spring and associated lever mechanism acting on the brake spring for increasing the frictional engagement between the brake spring and drum surface by more tightly winding the brake spring about the drum. Fail safe operation is assured by a bolt element spring loaded towards interlocking engagement with a toothed periphery of the drum wheel in the event of slippage between the drum surface and brake spring.

  • Patent number: 4634182
Abstract: A seatback recliner mechanism made up of a fixed frame attachable to a seat bottom and a plate pivoted to the fixed frame and attachable to a seat back. An inertia operated lock mechanism for locking together the pivoted plate and the fixed frame under simultaneous deceleration of both elements. The inertia operated lock mechanism consists of a pawl pivoted on the upper plate and a pendulum pivotably suspended by the upper plate such that the pendulum swings forward under deceleration of the mechanism to abut the pivoted pawl and lock the pawl to the lower fixed frame and thereby lock the seat back and seat bottom.
