Abstract: An information processing apparatus that configures an operation screen formed by one or more user interface components in which a parameter value is a base of displaying the user component, the apparatus includes: a meta-information storage that stores meta-information in which a user having a privilege to change a parameter value and an influence range which is under influence of the changed parameter are stored; a parameter storage that stores a parameter value set by a user; a parameter change section that changes the parameter value stored in the parameter storage in accordance with a request from a user; and an operation screen configuration section that configures the operation screen to display by specifying the influence range based on the meta-information of each parameter contained in the user interface component, and acquiring the parameter value from the parameter storage.

Abstract: A document management apparatus includes, a document registration unit that registers a document therein, a document presenting unit that allows reference to a document registered to the document registration unit on the basis of a reference request from a user, a document reference history memory that stores reference history of a document, a document registrant memory that stores a registrant of a document, a score giving unit that, on the basis of reference history of a document belonging to a predetermined range corresponding to a predetermined item, gives a score to each registrant of the document, and a registrant presenting unit that selects and presents a registrant of the document on the basis of the cumulated given scores.

Abstract: The present invention presents a list of applicable services dynamically updated and enables users to specify selective combinations of the services. A client includes an input unit, a display unit, a user authentication unit, a service display and selection unit, a document set display and display unit, and the like. The service display and selection unit creates a list of currently active, applicable services and performs processing for user's service selection. The document set display and selection unit creates a list of documents included in a document set specified by a user and performs processing for user's document selection. In the servers, a service management unit, a selected service execution unit, service providing units, a document information management unit, a document storage unit, and a user information management unit operate respectively.

Abstract: A document management device includes a database for storing and managing document data, a document retrieving device for retrieving the document data from the database, a document display for displaying at least one document data retrieved by the document retrieving device, and a format storage device for storing at least one evaluation format each of which has an identifier and a plurality of definitions of evaluation attributes. The evaluation format specifies the structure of evaluation data representing evaluation for the document data. A document selecting device allows for selection of one document data among the document data displayed, and a format selecting device allows for selection of one of the evaluation formats. An attribute value input device allows for inputting attribute values which are the result of evaluation for the document data selected by the document selecting device from the viewpoint represented by the evaluation attributes defined in the evaluation format.
