  • Publication number: 20240369145
Abstract: A housing has a housing main body and an outlet port. The housing main body includes a cylindrical housing inner wall that defines an internal space therein. The outlet port fluidly connects the internal space and an outside of the housing main body to each other. The valve has a valve body rotatable about an rotation axis along a rotation axis of the cylindrical housing inner wall. The valve is configured to selectively open and close the outlet port depending on a rotation position of the valve. The housing inner wall is formed such that a distance between the housing inner wall and the axis of the housing inner wall varies in a circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20090072622
Abstract: A level shift 9, IGBT1, 2 and a AND element 10 are provided. An output DOUT is controlled to four states Hi/Lo/HiZ/artificial Hi by controlling input signals IN1, IN2, IN3, PULSE_IN. An element is protected from output short circuiting by transferring an output after a fixed time period to an artificial Hi. Furthermore NMOS are connected in parallel between two inverter circuits and the two stage of the inverter circuit is connected to the gate of NMOS. A delay circuit connecting the output of the initial state of the inverter circuit to a drain and the source of the NMOS to GND is connected to PULSE_IN of the level shift 9. Thus it is possible to almost completely eliminate temperature dependency of the delay time.

  • Publication number: 20030160949
Abstract: A method and illumination optical system forms a modified illumination configuration on an optical integrator so that a secondary light source having a desired modified illumination configuration is formed and light loss is minimized. A light beam shape changing element that diffuses illumination in a plurality of directions, and an angular light beam forming element that forms a plurality of light source images operate together to create a modified illumination configuration on the optical integrator. Since the secondary light source has a desired modified illumination configuration, an aperture stop used to restrict the size and/or shape of the secondary light source blocks only a small amount of illumination, or can be eliminated altogether.
