    Abstract: An ink jet recording head is formed by forming a solid layer of removable material on a substrate to enable formation of flow paths and liquid chambers, coating a surface of the solid layer with a resin and removing the solid layer. The coating is performed by providing a mold, part of which is in contact with the solid layer, and coating the surface of the solid layer excluding at least a part of the surface. Further, bonding wires connecting the head to a circuit board are at least partly coated with the resin.
