    Abstract: An image fixing elastic roller includes a metal core, a sponge layer provided around the metal core, and a fluoroplastic layer provided around the sponge layer, in which the fluoroplastic layer is formed with a plurality of holes in a predetermined distribution for suppressing paper wrinkles from causing, and further, to improve the performance, the fluoroplastic layer is formed with additional holes for providing a higher distribution density at a central portion thereof than at end portions thereof.
