  • Publication number: 20190185808
Abstract: In a state where a culture unit is contained in a container of an automatic cell culture device, the circulation of a culture solution in the culture unit is controlled by a control unit, and cell culture is performed in a culture tank. The culture solution is supplied from a culture solution tank, and the cell cultured by a cell collection vial, is collected. In a state where the culture unit is contained in a container of a cell culture device for transport, the circulation of the culture solution in the culture unit is controlled by the control unit, and the cell culture is performed in the culture tank. For this reason, even in a state where the culture unit is attached to the cell culture device for transport, the circulation of the culture solution is controlled, and thus, the culture of the cell is continued.

  • Publication number: 20070173466
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for treating inflammatory diseases accompanied by bone destruction, comprising the step of administering a viral vector comprising a gene which inhibits signal transduction mediated by fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF2)-FGF receptor 1-Ras-Raf-MAP kinase to a diseased region. Furthermore, the present invention relates to therapeutic compositions for inflammatory diseases accompanied by bone destruction, which comprise these vectors. By inhibiting FGF2 signal transduction through local administration of viral vectors, both inflammation and bone destruction in inflammatory bone destruction were simultaneously suppressed. The present invention provides disease-specific and effective therapeutic methods, and therapeutic compositions for inflammatory diseases such as osteoarthritis, for which therapy has so far been difficult.
