    Abstract: A frequent changing pattern extraction device which extracts a frequent changing pattern from an ever-changing network structure includes: a conversion unit which converts each of a plurality of graph sequences into an operator sequence by expressing changes, from a first graph included in the graph sequence to a second graph which is temporally adjacent to the first graph, using operators indicating operations necessary to transform the first graph into the second graph, each graph sequence including a plurality of graphs that show temporal changes in the graphs and each of the graphs including a vertex corresponding to a data piece and an edge corresponding to a link between data pieces; and an extraction unit which extracts an operator subsequence that appears at least a predetermined number of times in the plurality of operator sequences corresponding to the plurality of graph sequences, based on the anti-monotonicity used in the Apriori algorithm.

The medical guide system may include a unit that creates medical record data and a unit that extracts the medical record data for each patient. The unit that extracts the medical record data uses examination data before a predetermined dividing point in a chronological order as before-dividing-point data and treatment data after the predetermined dividing point in the chronological order as after-dividing-point data. A unit extracts a treatment pattern from the after-dividing-point data. Another unit derives a rule that associates the examination results with the treatment pattern from the treatment pattern and the before-dividing-point data.

Data on a medical card where examination data including examination items, examination dates and times, and examination results and therapy data including therapies, therapy dates and times, and therapy results are electronically recorded for each patient. Pre-division point data which is the examination data before a predetermined division point in time series of the medical card data and post-division point data which is the examination data after the predetermined division point are extracted for each patient. Therapy patterns with frequencies equal to or higher than a predetermined frequency are extracted from time post-division point data. A rule to associate the examination results with the therapy patterns is derived from the therapy patterns and pre-division point data.
